They had just done a boiler repair for him and my brother couldn’t stop going on about what a great job they had done. So, long story short we called Paul and he was just great. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t push the ‘air conditioning sales’ topic like they could have as we have an old unit and know we are looking at a new air conditioning installation soon.
